Here’s a thought for all our politicians.
New Zealand’s government and PM are taking six months 20% pay cut in solidarity with those hardest hit by the Covit19 crisis.
Any danger our politicians might do the same?
Maybe even donate the balance to assisting the Simon Community whose funds are drying up?
Might you be listening Mr President?
Perhaps you might follow the example of French President Emmanuel Macron, who last year announced he has waived his pension rights!
There again, its more likely that pigs do actually fly!
